Thank You, Yoga Village

After 4.5 years, it is bittersweet to announce my final classes at Yoga Village.

I found this community and began my journey with yoga on January 29, 2018. In August of that year, I started my kundalini yoga teacher training and graduated the following May. Before completing my certification, I began teaching here as a sub, then added my own sound healing and yin yoga classes. This is where my healing really began … when I started teaching.

I realized I didn’t have to be whole or completely “fixed” to help others. It’s a symbiotic relationship of healing and expansion between teacher and student. I’m so thankful for the opportunity and incredible journey of deep-rooted love and gratitude.

Being a supporting guide for my students and those going through kundalini yoga teacher training proved transformative. It’s been a true honor to be with all of you!

Ever since I walked through those doors in 2018, my life has been filled with incredible growth and beautiful blessings. I’m a completely renewed and authentic version of myself, and I’m forever in awe.

As we go into the month of gratitude, it feels time to move into my next season of growth outside these walls.

Yoga Village will always have a special place in my heart. It’s just time to move forward on to the next journey God has for me.

I am grateful I was led me here because it’s played a pivotal role in my healing and expansion. I am forever thankful.

So, with the sincerest love in my heart, I write this bittersweet “goodbye.” I thank you ALL for your support. May you continue to grow and be blessed. The light of my love for you will never diminish. It truly has been a blessing and honor to be here with you.

Remember always that I love you, I thank you, and I bless each and every one of you. 🙏🏻
